Collection

We collect information through our web site in several ways:

1. Some information our users provide explicitly about themselves, such as: names, phone numbers, email addresses. These are entered when users register first on the site, update their profiles, or subscribe to electronic newsletters and other communications.
2. Our users may also enter information about themselves and others in content they contribute and comments they make on existing content. When registering, new users are made aware of their responsibility to respect the privacy of others when using the web site. Most of the content of the website requires the approval of an editor who is mindful of this policy when editing and approving content.

We collect and use such demographic data to monitor usage patterns and improve our service.  One way we do this is through the use of cookies.
